Smart masks to counter Covid-19
People often overuse their masks and are not aware of their mask’s ineffectiveness, therefore increasing their risk of contracting COVID-19. Additionally, current mask solutions are uncomfortable and difficult to breathe in as the inner mask becomes warm and humid after some time.
Our solution? Mask+, an application that can mask usage via NFC technology. The app can also pair to our smart mask which contains a mini-fan and cord lock controls to enhance to breathability and to reduce discomfort.
Getting started
An onboarding screen is shown to new users as people will be unfamiliar with the usage of the app as this is a new category of products in the market.
Tracking of Masks
With the app users can easily add and pair their smart mask to the app via NFC. Users can then track their usage, wash count, and view detailed statistics for each of the mask.
Smart Shopping
Users can easily buy the smart masks directly in the app. If the user required assistance, a chatbot will automatically recommend them the best for them. There is also an AR try on feature to allow users to preview how the mask will look like on them.
